So here is the new contest!

“Original Story Art”

The contest pools 3 partner groups

Our contest begins today on the the 17-th of January and ends on the 17-th of March.

The Contest Task: Your picture must be cover or illustration to your original story (without any text on the picture!) You must depict the character, the story, scene or the original world with the detailed description. You are not limited in genres. That could be fantasy, modern world, future and so on.

There are 3 areas.

1. Original Character portrait in digital, traditional or 3D.
2. Original Character photo. (photo, cosplay, photomanipulation)
3. Original world landscape in digital, traditional, photomanipulation, fractal.

In detail:

1. OC portrait as the character involved in your original story. The character must be depicted in his\her world surrounding or take part in some scene. Without fail there must be the descripction of the situation and character. Creative is welcome!

For example and for your inspiration:
fav.me/d2cmsi6 - here we can see a character portrait but he is horseback and with falcon so we can understand that he is a warrior with a strong and free spirit. Brave and stern.
fav.me/d5hdzxg - here we can see a mage casting a spell. So it is not only a portrait, this picture shows us the character main occupation and the description about him could tell even more about the place he lives, what he likes, some facts from his biography and so on.
fav.me/d5dis0k - here are two warriors, we can understand from the picture that they are close friends and it is usual for them to fight side by side in battles. The way they hold one sword and look eyes to eyes shows how these two devoted to each other.

2. You can make photo of yourself or someone else as your OC (cosplay) That could be also a scene for several persons. Without fail there must be characters, situation and your idea descriptions.

For example and for your inspiration:
fav.me/d577943 - here we can see young girl, she could be some elven princess in woods, she holds the bird on a hand. That could mean that she is nice and kindhearted or maybe also could speak to animals and birds.

3. You can create your original world. People presence is not necessary. Your world could be different. The place landscape or a space ship or else. Without fail there must be the description. Your landscape must show the specific features of your original world. As much as possible original details desired.

- Author comments on the vision of the character are welcome.
- We accept deviations in digital, traditional, photo, photomanipulation, 3D, fractal, and cosplay.
- Artworks concerning BDSM attributes, gay, or having nude or erotic content are allowed.
- You must be a member of any of the following groups -

We will not accept:

1. Unfinished works and works of poor quality. Unfinished works means - art without background.
2. Pictures of monsters, freaks, ugly beings, robots, sewed mouths, pictures with too much blood.
3. Fanart.
4. Old works. Your picture must be created strictly for this contest.
5. Plagiarism is strictly forbidden
